Apparently, Voros isn’t content with just the Scourge- he has now consulted with the Burning Legion, and now seeks to liaison with the beasts. It is our task to stop this- on top of removing an artifact from Voros’ person, that prevents us from killing him.   Though.. the bronze did mention he might have help.
